微信学习平台在呼吸内科进修医师培训中的应用

Application of WeChat Learning Platform in Refresher Physician Training of Respiratory Medicine Department

目的观察微信学习平台在呼吸内科进修医师培训中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月在我科进修的医师31名作为观察组,选取同期在我科进修的医师30名作为对照组。对照组进修医师采取传统的教学模式,观察组采用微信学习平台教学模式。进修结束后,比较两组进修医师理论知识测试及临床操作技能考核得分。结果观察组进修医师的理论知识测试及临床操作技能考核得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在呼吸内科进修医师培训中应用微信学习平台可显著提升呼吸内科进修医师的理论知识水平和临床操作技能。

Objective To explore the effects of WeChat in refresher physician training of respiratory medicine department. Methods 31 doctors who studied in our department from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as observation group, and 30 doctors who studied in our department at the same time were selected as control group. In the control group, the refresher doctors took the traditional teaching mode. The observation group adopted the WeChat learning platform teaching mode. After the end of the study, the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of the two groups were compared. Results In observation group, the scores of theory and clinical skills examination were signifcantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion WeChat learning platform can signifcantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and the clinical operational skill in refresher physician training of respiratory medicine department, and which can promote the application in practice.
