Practice and Effect of Nursing Continuing Education Project Organized by Prefectural Nursing Association

鄂州市护理学会受鄂州市继续医学教育管理办公室委托,具体负责护理继续教育项目的指导、申报、初审、协调、督办。五年来,护理学会项目数量逐年提高,师资力量层次较高,从业人员参学积极性高涨,项目质量有保证,在护理继续教育管理中发挥了行业凝聚,统筹协调,引领学科人才培养的职能和作用,为进一步做好护理学科人才培养工作提供依据。

E＇zhou nursing association is entrusted by the office of continuing medical education management in E＇zhou. It is responsible for the guidance, declaration, preliminary examination, coordination and supervision of nursing continuing education projects. Over the past five years, the number of nursing academy projects has been increasing year by year, the level of teachers is higher, the enthusiasm of practitioners to participate in the study is rising, and the quality of the projects is guaranteed. In the management of nursing continuing education, it has played the role of industry cohesion, overall planning and coordination, leading the cultivation of professional talents, providing a basis for further training of nursing professionals.
