摘要
目的分析情景模拟教学法在骨科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月我院骨科实习护生50名作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组则采用情景模拟教学法。观察两组实习护生在理论知识与操作能力、教育满意率等方面的差异。结果观察组实习护生理论知识、操作能力、带教满意率等指标方面均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法在骨科护理教学中,能够有效提升学习者的理论知识以及操作能力,另外在对提升带教满意率等指标方面也有积极的意义。
Objective To analyze the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching. Methods 50 students of orthopedic nursing students in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopts the conventional teaching mode, and the observation group adopts the situational simulation teaching method. The differences in theoretical knowledge and operation ability and education satisfaction rate were observed in the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge and operation ability of the observation group were signifcantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching is remarkable.
