Exploration on the Quality Control System of the Integrated Education of Postgraduate Student With Professional Degree in Clinical Medicine

文章阐述了临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化"双轨合一"培养后,通过建立了由领导、教学督导组、师生及管理部门等共同组成的全员、全方位的培养质量监控管理机构,开展了修订培养方案和教学管理制度、加强过程管理与考核管理、加强导师队伍建设及质量监控与评估等方面的质量监控工作,制定了教学质量标准,确保了学生临床轮科时间,并提高了教师对并轨培训工作的认识及教学水平,确保了临床医学专业学位研究生的培训质量。

This article elaborates the quality control system of ＂double track integration＂ of the education of postgraduate student with professional degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training for resident doctors. In this system,an overall and all-round quality control and management administration was formed by the hospital management cadres,the professional base directors, clinical teachers, students and other members; the training program and the teaching management system were revised, the process management and assessment management were enhanced; the construction of the tutors team was strengthened; other work of quality monitoring and assessment was done; the standard of teaching quality was set; and the time for each required department was ensured;so the teachers’ cognition of the integration of postgraduate education and the training, their teaching level were improved, and the quality of the education of postgraduate students with professional degree in clinical medicine could be ensured.
