低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性结节的效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的探索低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性结节的效果。方法选取2016年10月22日—2017年10月22日我院收治的甲状腺良性结节患者100例作为研究对象。实施信封随机分组模式,将其分为两组。对照组的50例患者进行传统甲状腺切除术治疗,观察组的50例患者进行低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗。结果观察组患者的手术时间(41.85±2.36)min、术中出血量(41.18±2.33)ml、切口长度(3.11±1.65) cm、住院时间(4.18±1.33) d、并发症发生率(2.00%)、复发率(2.00%)、疼痛评分(1.11±0.32)分、CD_3^+(65.69±5.53)%、CD_4^+(42.74±3.22)%、(CD_8^+(29.63±6.19)%、CD_4^+/CD_8^+(1.82±0.19)均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺良性结节患者实施低位小切口甲状腺手术治疗效果显著。 Objective To explore the effect of low-incision small incision thyroidectomy for benign thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign thyroid nodules were selected as the study objects from October 22, 2016 to October 22, 2017. The envelopes were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in the control group were treated by traditional thyroidectomy. 50 patients in the observation group were treated with low incision thyroid surgery. Results In the observation group, the operation time was (41.85±2.36) min, intraoperative blood loss (41.18±2.33) ml, incision length (3.11±1.65) cm, length of hospital stay (4.18±1.33) d, and incidence of complications (2.00%). Recurrence rate (2.00%), pain score (1.11±0.32) points, CD3+ (65.69±5.53)%, CD4+ (42.74±3.22)%, CD8+ (29.63±6.19)%, CD4+/CD8+ (1.82±0.19) better than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of thyroid benign nodules in patients with low-incision thyroid surgery has signifcant effect.
