不同手术方法治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折的效果

The Effect of Different Surgical Methods for the Treatment of Tile C Pelvic Fractures

目的探讨可调式骨盆外固定架结合下肢骨牵引治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折临床疗效及预后效果。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月我院收治的120例Tile C型骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组与对照组,两组均为60例。对照组采用常规的钢板内固定治疗,研究组采用可调式骨盆外固定架结合下肢骨牵引治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者的生存质量各项评分均高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的Matta、Majeed评分优良率均高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论可调式骨盆外固定架结合下肢骨牵引治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折有利于改善患者的临床各项指标,提高患者的生存质量,实现良好的治疗和预后效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognostic effect of adjustable pelvic external fixation combined with lower limb traction in the treatment of Tile C pelvic fractures. Methods 120 cases of patients with Tile C pelvic fractures treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into study group and control group. There were 60 cases in both groups. The control group was treated with conventional plate fixation, and the study group was treated with adjustable pelvic external fxation combined with lower limb bone traction. The clinical effcacy of the two groups was compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length and length of stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and there was a signifcant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The excellent and good rates of Matta and Majeed scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Adjustable pelvic external fxation combined with lower limb bone traction for the treatment of Tile C pelvic fractures is benefcial to improve the clinical indicators of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and achieve good treatment and prognosis.
