急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭使用无创呼吸机的护理

Nursing Care of Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated With Left Heart Failure Using Non-invasive Ventilator

目的分析急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭使用无创呼吸机的护理方法与效果。方法选取我院100例急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,所有患者均使用无创呼吸机治疗。根据治疗期间护理模式的差异性,将其分为常规组与干预组,每组各50例。常规组实施常规护理,干预组强化无创呼吸机治疗的针对性护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果干预组的pH值、PaO_2、SaO_2均高于常规组,且PaCO_2低于常规组,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);常规组患者的护理满意度为82.0%,干预组为96.0%,干预组高于常规组,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭使用无创呼吸机的患者实施针对性护理,可明显改善临床指标,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the nursing method and effect of noninvasive ventilator in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure. Methods 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure in our hospital were treated with non-invasive ventilator were selected as the study objects. According to the difference of nursing mode during the period of treatment, the patients were divided into the routine group and the intervention group, 50 cases in each group. The routine nursing was carried out in the routine group. The intervention group strengthened the targeted nursing of the non-invasive ventilator treatment, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The pH value, PaO2, SaO2 of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the PaCO2 was lower than those of the conventional group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the routine group was 82.0%, the intervention group was 96.0%, the intervention group was higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure with non-invasive ventilator can obviously improve the clinical index and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
