骨科术后静脉血栓的筛查和预防药物应用的护理研究

Nursing Research on Screening and Prevention of Postoperative Venous Thrombosis in Department of Orthopedics

目的探讨骨科术后静脉血栓筛查与预防药物的应用护理。方法将我院2016年11月—2017年2月收治的骨科手术患者80例作为观察对象。所有患者术后均采取静脉血栓筛查干预,指导患者正确的服药方式,防止形成静脉血栓。结果骨科患者在术后,采取血栓筛查,并服用预防药物,多数患者并未产生静脉血栓,但依旧存在2例患者引发静脉血栓,血栓形成率为2.5%,患者术后恢复情况良好。结论骨科手术患者静脉血栓形是一大难题,对此需做好筛查工作,通过药物方式防止患者出现静脉血栓,以及做好相应的问题处理。

Objective To analyze and demonstrate the effect of screening and prevention of venous thrombosis after operation in Department of orthopedics. Methods 80 cases of Department of orthopedics patients admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation objects. All patients were given venous thrombosis screening intervention after operation to guide the correct way of taking medicine and prevent the formation of venous thrombosis. Results Postoperative thrombosis screening and prophylactic drugs were used in orthopaedic patients. Most patients did not produce venous thrombosis, but there were still 2 patients who caused venous thrombosis. The thrombosis rate was 2.5%. The patients recovered well after operation. Conclusion Venous thrombosis in patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery is a major problem. Screening work should be done to prevent venous thrombosis in patients with orthopaedic surgery by means of drugs, as well as to deal with the corresponding problems.
