综合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Malignant Tumor

目的对恶性肿瘤患者研究采取综合护理干预的方案实施护理后的作用。方法选取2017年1月1日—12月31日本院收治的恶性肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象。依据分段随机化分组原则,将其分为对照组(基础临床方案为主护理)、观察组(再联合使用综合护理干预),每组各40例。对比两组患者的生活质量、心理量表分值、化疗依从性指标。结果观察组患者躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活评分、生活质量总分值均高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者化疗依从性高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预方案于恶性肿瘤患者中,患者的生活质量、心理状况改善理想,且对化疗能够良好的依从。

Objective To study the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors. Methods From January 1 to December 31, 2017, 80 patients with malignant tumor admitted in 31 Japanese hospitals were selected as the research subjects. According to the principle of randomized grouping by stages, they were divided into control group （basic clinical program as the main nursing）, observation group （combined use of comprehensive nursing intervention）, each group of 40 cases. The quality of life, the scale of psychological scale and the compliance of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results The physical function score, psychological function score, social function score, material life score and total quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The chemotherapy compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of a comprehensive nursing intervention program among patients with malignant tumors, the patient＇s quality of life, psychological improvement is ideal, and good compliance with chemotherapy.
