风险防范式护理在产科护理中的应用

Application of Risk Prevention Nursing in Obstetrics Nursing

目的分析产科护理管理应用风险防范式护理的效果及对风险事件发生、满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在我院产科住院的128例患者作为研究对象。按不同护理管理方式,将其分为两组,每组各64例。对照组行护理常规管理,观察组行风险防范式护理管理,比较两组护理风险事件、护理质量及患者满意度。结果观察组跌倒率(3.13%)、坠床率(1.56%)、高危药外渗率(1.56%)、药物用错率(0.00%)、医源性皮损率(0.00%)、护理纠纷率(4.69%)均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理态度、护理安全、护理技巧、护理防范评分均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产科护理管理应用风险防范式护理能减少护理风险事件发生,提升护理质量及患者满意度,效果良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk-prevention care in obstetrical care management and its effects on the occurrence of risk events and satisfaction. Methods 128 cases of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects. According to different nursing management methods, they were divided into two groups, 64 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing management. The observation group adopted risk prevention nursing management. Nursing risk events, nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The fall rate （3.13%）, fall rate （1.56%）, high-risk drug extravasation rate （1.56%）, drug misuse rate （0.00%）, iatrogenic skin lesion rate （0.00%） and nursing dispute rate （4.69%） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing attitude, nursing safety, nursing skills and nursing precaution scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Risk-prevention care in obstetric care management is with satisfactory effects, which can reduce the occurrence of risk events, and improve care quality and the patients’ satisfaction.
