台湾高等职业教育入学制度改革及启示

The Reform and Enlightenment of the Enrollment System of Higher Vocational Education in Taiwan

台湾高等职业教育在发展中曾存在职业教育体系不完善、技职升学管道不畅通等问题。鉴于此,台湾高等职业教育采取了一系列改革措施,如畅通职业技术教育升学管道、增加专科学校层级的升学机会、采取多元化的招生入学方式等。分析台湾职业教育入学制度改革成功的经验,可以为大陆职业教育发展提供借鉴。

In the development of higher vocational and technical education in Taiwan, it has experiencedproblems, such as imperfect vocational education system and blocked entrance channel. In view of this, a series ofreform measures have been taken in Taiwan＇s higher vocational education, such as smoothing the enrollmentchannels for vocational and technical education, increasing the opportunities for further study in college-level, andadopting diversified entrance approach. Analyzing the successful experience of the reform of the vocationaleducation enrollment system in Taiwan can provide reference for the development of the vocational educationenrollment system in the mainland.
