摘要
高校法学教师肩负服务社会的职责,法律援助是高校法学教师服务社会的有效路径。引导和促进高校法学教师参与法律援助仍有较大提升空间。要凸显高校法学教师参与法律援助的独特优势,建立高校法学教师参与法律援助的激励机制,推动法律援助成为高校法学教师服务社会的有效路径。
University law teachers shoulder the responsibility of serving the society, and legal aid is an effective way for university law teachers to serve the society. There is still room for improvement in guiding and promoting law teachers＇ participation in legal aid. It is necessary to highlight the unique advantages of College Law teachers＇ participation in legal aid, establish an incentive mechanism for college law teachers to participate in legal aid, and promote legal aid as an effective way for college law teachers to serve the community.
