哈萨克医药别孜叶吾那热治疗化脓性痤疮80例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 80 Cases of Purulent Acne Treated By Kazakhstan Medicine Ye Wanage

目的:观察哈萨克医药别孜叶吾那热治疗化脓性痤疮的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理,为其推广提供理论依据。方法:选取我科在2015年5月~2017年12月治疗的160例符合标准的痤疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组:给予哈萨克药口服别孜叶吾那热;对照组:盐酸米诺环素胶囊口服,观察其疗效及安全性。观察3个疗程后各组疗效,比较治疗结果。半年后随访复发情况。结果:3个疗程后,治疗组总有效率93.8%,对照组总有效率82.5%;对照组个别患者出现不良反应,治疗组未见不良反应。半年后治疗组复发率15.2%,对照组复发率37.5%,差异有统计学意义。结论:哈萨克医药别孜叶吾那热治疗化脓性痤疮的临床疗效高,见效快,复发率低,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kazakhstan medicine Ye Wanage in the treatment of pyogenic acne and to explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide theoretical basis for its promotion. Methods160 patients who met the standard of acne treated in our hospital in May 2015-2017 December were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Kazakhstan medicine,and the control group was treated with Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules orally. The efficacy and safety were observed by oral administration. Observe the curative effect of each group after 3 courses of treatment,compare the result of treatment.The recurrence of the follow-up was observed after half a year. Results After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 8%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82. 5%. A few patients in the control group had adverse reactions,but no adverse reactions were found in the treatment group. After six months,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 15. 2%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 37. 5%,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Kazakhstan medicine Ye Wanage has a high clinical effect,quick response,low recurrence rate,safety and reliability,and is worthy of popularization and application.
