摘要
采用质量分数为3%乙酸水溶液为模拟物,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)食品接触材料中四种己二酸酯类增塑剂向水基食品模拟物的迁移量进行了检测,并对萃取条件和萃取试剂进行了优化,采用气相色谱和质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,通过外标法进行迁移量的检测。研究表明,此方法具有方法简便,重现性好,灵敏度高,定性、定量准确可靠的特点,最低检测限可达5 mg/kg,回收率为83.20%~106.13%,标准偏差为1.60%~3.34%,可实际应用于PVC食品接触材料己二酸酯类增塑剂迁移量的检测。
The migration behaviors of 4 kinds of adipate plasticizer such as di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate(DEHA)to water base food simulacra(3% aqueous acetic acid)in polyrinyl chloride(PVC)food contact materials were studied by gas chromatograph-mass spectro-meter(GC-MS)using an external standard method.This approach is simple with good reproducibility,high sensitivity,accuracy and reliability.The results show that the detection limit is 5 mg/kg,the recovery is 83.20%~106.13% and the standard deviation is1.60%~3.34%.This method can be used for the detection of adipate plasticizer migrated from PVC food contact materials.
