摘要
针对半间歇乙酸乙酯生产线中存在的节拍失衡问题,提出了一种基于时间离散的粒子群算法(PSO)。针对优化问题进行了时间离散化处理,同时考虑到实际生产设备的操作条件设置区间约束,通过粒子群优化算法得到了最佳温度优化曲线,较好地解决了精馏塔在生产等待期间的温度优化问题。通过矩阵实验软件(MATLAB)进行了实验仿真,结果表明,设计的算法是可行的。
Aiming at the problem of beat imbalance in semi-batch of ethyl acetate production line,a time discretion algorithm is proposed based on particle swarm optimization(PSO).In this approach,time discretion is applied for optimization problem,and interval constraints are established for considering the operation conditions of actual production equipment.An optimal temperature optimization curve is obtained via particle swarm optimization,which makes the algorithm more effectively in solving temperature optimization problem of distillation column during production waiting period.The simulation experiments were carried out by math software(MATLAB)and the results show that the designed algorithm is feasible.
