摘要 阐述集电靴与接触轨的结构改进、运行现状和标准建设,以及集电靴、接触轨和靴轨接口的测试与仿真技术,并展望集电靴与接触轨集电系统的发展方向。现有集电靴种类较多,尚未形成通用的力学模型,需进一步构建集电靴动态性能试验台获取其关键力学参数。集电靴与接触轨的动态测量装置尚需进一步标定,以确保测试数据的准确性。集电靴与接触轨的动态仿真尚需实际测量数据验证其有效性。集电靴与接触轨系统接口的标准尚需进一步完善。 This paper introduces a structural improvement, current status, and standard construction of current collectors and conductor rails, and the test and simulation technology of the interface between current collector and conductor rail. Additionally, the development direction of the current collector and conductor rail system is predicted. There are many kinds of current acceptors. A general mechanical model has not yet been developed. Furthermore, the dynamic performance of the test rig of the current collector must be constructed to obtain the key mechanical parameters. The dynamic measurement device for the current collector and conductor rail system must be further calibrated to ensure the accuracy of the test data. The dynamic simulation of current collector and conductor rail system requires actual data for verification. The standard of the interface between current collector and conductor rail needs must also be further improved.
