摘要
"双元制"职业教育是德国职业教育的精髓,被称作是德国经济腾飞的秘密武器。本文介绍德国"分轨制"教育模式及"双元制"职业教育模式主要特征并以此作为论述背景,通过比较、分析、概括、提炼,重点对我国职业教育的良性发展提出了若干建设性意见。
＂Dual system＂vocational education is the essence of German vocational education. It is known as the secret weapon of German economic take-off. The main characteristics of the ＂split rail system ＂ education model and the ＂dual system ＂vocational education model are introduced,and with this as introduction background,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the benign development of vocational education in China through comparison,analysis,generalization and refining.
