高职院校现代学徒制试点专业学生发展问题的诊断与改进

Diagnosis and Improvement of the Development Problems of Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

2012年起,我国多个省份迅速开展了高职院校现代学徒制的试点工作,围绕现代学徒制的理论研究也不断深入,有力推动了校企合作,促进了行业、企业参与职业教育人才培养全过程,提升了职业院校的人才培养质量。本文以高职现代学徒制人才培养模式特征为依托,深入研究了高职院校现代学徒制试点专业学生发展标准体系的构建。

From 2012,the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges has been carried out rapidly in many provinces in China. The theoretical research on modern apprenticeship has also been deepened,which has greatly promoted the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,promoted the whole process of vocational education and industry,promoted the quality of talent training in vocational colleges. Based on the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges,this paper studies the construction of the standard system for the development of the students of the modern apprenticeship pilot in higher vocational colleges.
