With the progress of the times,science and technology and computer technology develop quite fast. Case analysis in analytical chemistry（ i. e. finished product analysis） is more widely applied,and more and more industries are involved. This paper expounds its characteristics, means, procedures, applications, and introduces its development process, to provide sufficient theoretical basis and important reference for the improvement of finished product analysis methods in the future.
