探讨8S管理模式在护理实训室管理中的应用效果。成立8S管理模式领导小组、制定8S管理活动计划、实施方案和评价体系。并对实施前后实训室的质量和学生满意度进行评价及调查,分析两者差异性。实施8S管理模式前后,实训室质量和学生满意度,差异性明显(P <0. 05)。8S管理模式在护理实训室管理中的应用,可营造出整洁、安全、舒适的实训室环境,提高工作效率,提高实验员的素质,增加学生满意度,达到良性促进的目的。

To explore the application effect of 8 S management mode in nursing training room management. 8 S management mode leadership group,8 S management activity plan,implementation plan and evaluation system were established. The quality and student satisfaction of the training room before and after implementation were evaluated and investigated,and the differences between them were analyzed. Before and after the implementation of 8 S management mode,the differences between training room quality and student satisfaction degree are obvious（ P〈0. 05）. The application of 8 S management mode in the management of nursing training room can create a clean,safe and comfortable training room environment,improve work efficiency,improve the quality of the experimenters,increase the students＇ satisfaction degree,and achieve a good promotion.
