摘要
人口老龄化加速发展促使社区养老服务的发展进入快车道,其中进社区辅居家的小规模多功能养老服务模式受到重视。本文以小规模多功能养老服务机构为例,介绍了日本社区养老服务模式产生的背景、运营、服务和存在的问题。对于社区养老服务机构来说,加快实现规模化运营助推产业链升级、加强与保险机构合作分散机构运营风险压力、通过资本运营实现养老服务证券化成为未来发展的方向。
