隔板对聚能射流性能影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了得到一种可形成高速侵彻体的聚能装药结构,对传统聚能装药结构中的隔板位置进行了调整,利用AUTODYN-2D软件对射流的成型过程进行了有限元数值模拟。研究表明:在距离药型罩较近的合适位置设置隔板,隔板会起到辅助药型罩的作用,可形成一种类截顶式药型罩。缩小隔板底部与药型罩顶部之间的间距会明显提高射流头部速度,辅助体的形成对射流速度的提高起到了决定性作用。调整后的不同长径比带隔板聚能装药结构,射流拉伸均匀,头部速度均可达10 km/s,杵体部分较小可视为微杵体。 To obtain a kind of shaped charge structure which can form high speed penetrator, adjusted the wave-shaper' s position of tradi- tional shaped charge structure, simulated forming process of jet by using AUTODYN-2D software. Research shows that setting wave-shaper at a fight place close to liner, wave-shaper acts as an auxiliary liner and shaped charge structure can form a similar type of liner which is truncated. Reducing space between bottom of wave-shaper and top of liner can obviously increase head speed of jet and auxiliary body plays a decisive role in improvement of jet velocity. After adjustment, shaped charge structure with wave-shaper of different aspect ratio, jet forming state is well, head speed can up to 10 km/s. The part of pestle is relatively smaller, which can be regarded as a micro pestle.
