华安水电站扩建工程钢岔管焊接应力监测及振动时效消除焊接应力探讨

摘要 针对直径7.2m的大型钢岔管在加工、运输、现场安装及工期要求等约束条件下,探讨免水压试验的情况下,采取振动效应措施进行应力消除处理,降低或匀化压力钢管金属结构件的残余应力,提高抗动载变形能力,稳定结构尺寸精度并有效防止裂纹产生。通过工程现场质量检查、无损探伤和第三方检测,表明钢岔管安装质量达到了规范标准,满足使用要求。 Under the constraint conditions of processing, transportation,field installation and construction period,etc.of large steel bifurcation pipe with diameter of 7.2 m,discusses that vibration effect measures are adopted to eliminate stress,to reduce or homogenize the residual stress of the metal structural parts of the steel tube,to improve the ability to resist dynamic load deformation,to stabilize the dimensional accuracy of the structure and to effectively prevent cracks from occurring.It is shown that the installation quality of the steel bifurcation pipe is up to the standard and meets the application requirements through the site quality inspection,non-destructive inspection and third-party inspection.This paper summarizes the successful experience of water free test on installation quality of steel bifurcation pipe of hydropower station.
