The company was struggling to survive because of lack of money when Ren Yuxin joined Tencent.Since then, Mr. Ren has got the reputation of the "fire chief". In the past decade, he has always had the way to revive Tencent's laggard businesses which then developed into the most mature business modules of Tencent.Recently, Tencent just adjusted its organizational structure and now both PCG and IEG are under Mr. Ren's responsibility. The revenue of the business group under his control accounts for more than half of Tencent's total revenue.The core business is stable and the collaboration between different teams is great.However, ahead are challenges for him to achieve another milestone.
