热点与展望:我国网络犯罪问题研究的动态分析——基于近二十年间CNKI数据库的文献计量分析

Hot Issues and Prospect: a Dynamic Analysis of the Researches on Cyber-Crimes in China——A Bibliometric Analysis of CNKI Database in the Past Two Decades

通过应用最新可视化分析软件CiteSpace,在中国知网数据库社会科学I辑数据库中,选取网络犯罪问题研究的文献数据,运用数据统计、共词聚类分析和战略坐标法,对文献数据的作者、机构、关键词等进行了分析处理,从而得出近二十年间我国网络犯罪问题研究的现状、核心与未来发展趋势。结果发现:网络犯罪问题研究整体呈上升趋势;于志刚、皮勇等高产作者与中国政法大学、武汉大学等高产科研机构组成了网络犯罪问题研究的第一梯队;"涉及虚拟财产法律适用问题""电子签名与信息安全""网络游戏与非法经营罪""网络诽谤"等主题是研究的核心与热点问题,"青少年网络犯罪""网络舆情""快播案与传播淫秽物品牟利罪"等主题是新颖且需进一步突破研究的内容。

CiteSpace, the latest visualized analysis software, was used to analyze the literature about cybercrime researches in the database of social sciences volume I in CNKI and, with the assistance of the data statistics, co-word clustering analysis and strategic coordinate method, analyzed the author, institution, keywords of the literature. The results showed that an escalating trend of the researches concerning cybererime issues emerged as a whole; for example, high-yielding scholars as Yu Zhigang and Pi Yong, and the research institutes such as CUPL （China University of Political Science and Law） and Wuhan University, constituted the first echelon of cybererime researches. Hot issues in this field focus on such topics as ＂Applicability of Law Involving the Virtual Property＂, ＂Electronic Signa- tures and Information Security＂, ＂Online Games and Illegal Operation＂, and ＂Internet Defamation＂. Meanwhile ＂Youth Cybercrime＂, ＂Internet Public Opinion＂, ＂Fast Broadcasting Case and Crime of Disseminating Obscenity for Profit-making＂ and many others are novel but require breakthrough researches.
