维生素C在脓毒症治疗中的应用研究进展

脓毒症终末期发展多为器官功能衰竭及难治性低血压，病死率高、预后不佳。维生素C既是重要的抗氧化剂，也是体内多种酶的辅助因子。目前研究发现维生素C可明显减轻脓毒症炎症反应程度，改善机体微循环和低血压，并有效加强儿茶酚胺类等血管活性药物的效果，防止器官衰竭，改善预后。

Sepsis is frequently associated with multi- system organ dysfunction and refractory hypotension, leading to a high mortality and poor prognosis. As an antioxidant, ascorbie acid （vitamin C） is an important auxiliary factor for many enzymes in the organism. Numerous studies have revealed that vitamin C can attenuate the inflammatory response, improve microcirculatory and hypotension in sepsis, and also can enhance the role of catecholamine in central nervous system, to prevent sepsis-induced organ failure and improve prognosis of patients.
