连翘中苯乙醇苷类成分的研究进展

Progress in phenylethanoid glycosides from Forsythia suspensa

中药连翘中含有多种化学成分,其中苯乙醇苷成分不仅含量最多,且种类多样。同时连翘中的苯乙醇苷类成分具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,被认为是连翘中的主要活性成分。本文对连翘中苯乙醇苷类成分的结构特征及药理活性研究进展进行综述。

A number of chemical constituents have been isolated from Forsythia suspertsa, among them, phenylethanoid glycosides were the major constituents, which also showed structural diversity. Moreover, phe- nylethanoid glycosides were reported to own various biological activities, thereby they were considered as the active constituents of Forsythia suspensa. In this paper, the structures and pharmacological activities of phenylethanoid glycosides from Forsythia suspensa were summarized.
