抗衰老药物的研究进展

衰老在生命进程中不可避免,如何延缓衰老是永恒主题。随着现代对衰老的认识更深刻,抗衰老的药物研究也随之取得很大进展。但该领域缺少对近期抗衰老药物的综合评述。本研究主要综合评述衰老的主要机制、合成的抗衰老药物、天然的抗衰老药物和其他抗衰老药物,为抗衰老药物研究提供一定思路。

Senility is an irreversible stage of life, and anti - aging is a prennial subject of interest. Along with people know senility much more deeply, meanwhile the research of anti -aging methods and drugs has made a lot of progress. The review of anti - aging is lacking, thus it is difficult to distinguish the genuine and fake in aging field. The aim of this review is to summarize the progress of the anti - aging drugs in recent years and to lend support to the drug exploration.
