摘要
校企人才共享是国家发展高职教育的重要举措,在国家政策驱动力、学校人才培养推动力和企业技术革新拉动力等共同作用下,取得了一定成效。由于部门分割、高职院校依附性资源依赖以及企业的急功近利,阻碍了人才共享的深入进行。实现校企人才共享,应当提高政策的统筹力度,促进人才在校企之间有序流动与共享;加固高职院校和企业的利益基础,形成共同的价值观和发展愿景;在全社会形成校企人才共享的文化氛围,助推人才共享制度的落实。
School-enterprise talents communion is an important measure for the national development of higher vocational education. It has achieved certain results under the joint action of the driving force of national policies, the driving force of school personnel training and the pulling force of technological innovation of enterprises. But there is still a lot of resistance to deepen the school-enterprise talents communion. We need to strengthen policy support for talents sharing between schools and enterprises, consolidate the interest basis of in- depth school-enterprise cooperation, and create a social culture of school-enterprise talents communion.
