新时期中等职业教育发展的路径--中等职业学校校长圆桌研讨会综述

Development Path of Secondary Vocational Education in New Era——Overview of Round-table Seminar of Secondary Vocational School Principals

2018年5月19日,以"深化改革,巩固提高中等职业学校办学水平"为主题的"中等职业学校校长圆桌研讨会"在上海召开。与会人员分别结合各自学校和所在地区、所在行业的实际情况,就巩固提高中等职业学校办学水平做了探讨。目前,中等职业教育存在社会上鄙薄职业教育的偏见、职业教育师资不足、校企合作产教融合的模式和动力不足、招生和就业两个市场不对称的问题。一些学校开展了优化专业设置、加强师资队伍建设、深入开展产教融合校企合作、构建相应的体制机制、根据学校实际情况特色发展等探索。结合问题与实践,与会人员对于中等职业教育的未来发展路径提出建议。

On May 19, 2018, the ＂round-table seminar for secondary vocational schools principals＂ with the theme of ＂deepening reform, consolidating and improving the level of secondary vocational schools＂ was held in Shanghai. The participants discussed how to consolidate and improve the level of secondary vocational schools based on the actual situation of their schools, regions and industries. At present, there exist problems in secondary vocational education, such as the prejudice in the society toward vocational education, the insufficient faculty of the vocational education, the shortage of model and impetus of production-education integration and school- enterprise cooperation, and the asymmetry of recruitment and employment markets. Some schools have carried out explorations, such as optimizing the major setting, strengthening the construction of teachers, deepening the cooperation between universities and enterprises on the integration of production and education, building corresponding systems and mechanisms, and developing characteristics according to the actual situation of schools. Participants put forward suggestions on the future development of secondary vocational education.
