摘要
聘请企业高技能人才、能工巧匠承担实训实习教学任务是职业院校提升人才培养质量的重要举措之一。为了解企业兼职教师在实训实习教学中作用发挥情况,对乌鲁木齐市职教集团5所中等职业学校企业兼职教师聘用情况进行调研。结果显示,企业兼职教师在实训实习教学中存在兼职教师聘任管理不到位,教学评价机制不健全,教学过程难以监控等问题。必须加强和规范兼职教师管理、建立兼职教师参加教学活动的机制、建立适合兼职教师人事分配制度、建立产教融合的兼职教师管理机制、建立基于产教融合的专兼职教师团队、建立具有兼职教师特色的考核评价标准等。
It is one of the most important measures for vocational colleges to improve the quality of talents training by employing highly skilled personnel and skillful craftsmen. In order to understand the role of part-time teachers in practical training, the employment situation of part-time teachers in 5 secondary vocational schools in Urumqi Vocational Education Group was investigated. According to the survey, there are a lot of problems, such as part-time teachers are not well managed, the teaching evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the teaching process is difficult to monitor, and so on. In order to solve these problems effectively, all vocational schools in Urumqi must strengthen and standardize the management of part-time teachers, establish the mechanism for part-time teachers to participate in teaching activities, the personnel distribution system and the management mechanism for part-time teachers, construct full-part and part-time teaching staffbased industry-education integration, as well as build the testing and assessing criteria with part-time teacher characteristics.
