摘要
立陶宛学徒制发展历史较短、规模较小,但通过激发利益相关者参加学徒治理,明确政府、工会、雇主组织、职业教育供给者的作用与义务,能够保障学徒培训质量并通过签订相关合同保障学徒利益。形成了稳定的三方合作关系,建立了合理的成本分摊机制,并不断健全职业教育治理法律法规。
The Lithuanian apprenticeship has relatively short development history and small development scale. However, inspiring stakeholders to participate in governance of apprentices and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the government, Trade Unions, Employers' Organizations, providers of vocational education, can guarantee the quality of apprentice training and the apprentices' benefit by signing relevant contracts. Moreover, Lithuanian has formed the stable tripartite partnership, established a reasonable cost sharing mechanism, and constantly improved the laws and regulations in vocational education governance.
