常书鸿的原名及其两篇旧作

On the Original Name of Chang Shuhong and Two of His Early Works

本文根据法国里昂中法大学档案,首次披露了常书鸿先生的原名为常廷芳,循此线索,查到并过录刊布了常先生早年发表在《浙江公立工业专门学校学生自治会刊》的一文一诗,提出作为研究常书鸿先生青年时期思想的重要资料,与他后来毅然回国从事敦煌石窟的保护研究密切相关。

Based on the archives collected in the Institute of French and Chinese in Lyon, this paper for the first time reveals that Mr.Chang Shuhong＇s original name was Chang Tingfang. Following this clue, the author has further discovered a paper and a poem written by Chang Shuhong in his early years, which were previously published in the Journal of the Student Coundl of Zhejiang Public Industrial Special School, and comes to the conclu- sion that, as important material about the thoughts of Chang Shuhong in his youth, these works are closely relat- ed to his returning to China and later research of the Dunhuang caves.
