Building Academic Bridges by Learning from Others——Reading Notes on A Collection of Translated Essays in Uigurica and Its Sequel by YANG Fuxue

杨富学教授推出的《回鹘学译文集》《回鹘学译文集新编》收录了国外学者研究回鹘学的论文52篇,内容涵盖文献学、历史学、宗教学、语文学、文化史等多个学科领域,不仅有利于促进国内回鹘学的发展,同时也为沟通国内外回鹘学界的联系起到了津梁作用。

Prof. YANG Fuxue＇ s new work entitled ＂A Collection of Translated Essays in Uigurica＂ and its se- quel collected a total of 52 articles concerning Uighur Studies by foreign scholars that cover many academic fields including philology, history, religion, and cultural history. These books are very important not only for promoting the development of domestic Uighur Studies, but also for playing a role as a bridge linking the domestic and foreign circles of the discipline.
