摘要
[目的]制备氢氯噻嗪缓释微丸。[方法]底喷式流化床包衣制备目的制剂,考察包衣工艺及处方各因素;通过正交设计优化处方,根据最佳处方考察处方工艺重现性。[结果]所选包衣方法简单易操作,所选最佳处方工艺处方重现性良好,所制备的微丸体外具有明显的缓释性能。[结论]我们摸索的工艺条件以及包衣处方因素简便可控,为工业化生产提供了极为可靠的实验数据,便于进一步进行工业化大生产。
[Objective]To prepare hydrochlorothiazide sustained release pellets.[Methods]The preparation of the preparation of the bottom-spraying fluidized bed coating was studied. The prescription was optimized by orthogonal design, and the reproducibility of prescription process was investigated according to the best prescription. [Results]The method of coating was simple and easy to operate, the best prescription was well reproducible, and the prepared pellets had obvious slow release in vitro. [Conclusion]The technological conditions and prescription factors in this study are simple and controllable, which can provide reliable experimental data for industrial production and facilitate further industrial production.
