血清脂联素、瘦素水平与前列腺癌易感性的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨血清脂联素、瘦素水平与前列腺癌易感性的关系。[方法]收集2015年1月至2017年10月河南科技大学第一附属医院泌尿外科38例前列腺癌患者的血清,70例健康人血清,运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)的方法检测两组血清脂联素和瘦素的水平,分析经过年龄、前列腺体积及BMI调整后,其与前列腺癌易感性的关系。[结果]血清脂联素、瘦素水平在病例对照中的分布差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在调整了年龄、前列腺体积及体质指数(BMI)后,血清脂联素水平高于20.3 mg/L的个体发生前列腺癌的风险是低于20.3 mg/L个体的1.16倍。瘦素水平低于12.7μg/L的个体与大于12.7μg/L者比较,患前列腺癌的风险增加了22%。[结论]经过年龄、前列腺体积及BMI调整后的血清脂联素和瘦素水平与前列腺癌的易感性有关。 [Objective]Examining the association of adiponectin and leptin levels in serum with prostate cancer risk.[Methods]Thirtyeight prostate cancer patients and 70 control subjects provided blood sampled between january 2013 and october 2015 from shangshui county center for disease prevention and control. Using ELISA methed, we determined serum adiponectin and leptin levels, and evaluated their relationships with prostate cancer risk after adjustments for age, prostate volume and body mass inde.[Results]Serum adiponectin and leptin levels have significant difference between case-control distribution( P〈0.05). After adjusting for age, prostate volume and BMI, the risk for prostate cancer of the individual with serum adiponectin level≥20.3 mg/L is 1.16 times as many as the individual with serum adiponectin level〈20.3 mg/L. compared with the individual with serum Leptin levels ≥12.7 μg/L, The risk for prostate cancer of individuals with serum Leptin levels〈12.7 μg/L increased by 22%.[Conclusion]After adjustments for age, prostate volume and BMI, serum adiponectin and leptin levels are useful markers for prostate cancer risk.
