摘要 随着规模养殖化的迅速发展,畜禽粪污已经成为农业面源污染的主要来源。固液分离是对粪污进行开发利用的预处理工艺,目前养殖场主要采用机械脱水设备对畜禽粪污进行脱水,但单个品种的脱水设备的使用存在着脱水后含水率高,可进行脱水的畜禽粪污种类少等缺点,不适合规模化综合养殖场的粪污处理使用。文章设计一种畜禽粪污深度脱水工艺及系统,集成叠螺、带式两种脱水设备的特点,实现初次脱水和深度脱水,使得连续脱水后水去除率高至40%以上,并适用于多种畜禽粪污的脱水处理。 With the rapid development of large-scale breeding,livestock and poultry manure has become the main source of non-point agricultural pollution. Solid-liquid separation is a pretreatment process for the utilization of faecal waste. At present,farms mainly use mechanical dehydration equipment to dehydrate livestock and poultry manure. However,the use of single dewatering equipment exist problem of still high water content after dehydration,and the manure that suitable for this kind of dehydration is few,specially not suitable for large-scale comprehensive farms to treat animal manure. A deep dewatering system for livestock and poultry manure was designed in this paper,which integrated the features of two kinds of dehydration equipment,namely screw and belt type,realized the initial dehydration and deep dehydration. The water removal rate was more than 40%,and it would be suitable for various livestock and poultry manure dehydration.
