食毛深色面料耐湿摩擦色牢度的提升 被引量:1

摘要 前处理、染色和后整理阶段都是造成食毛深色面料湿摩擦牢度差的原因,尤其是染色过程中的强力损伤和后整理过程中固色剂和柔软剂的排斥是造成湿摩擦牢度差的主要因素。试验选用湿摩擦牢度提升剂806和未乳化的阳离子型柔软剂8992复配整理食毛深色面料,结果表明,提升剂806质量分数为8%(omf),柔软剂8992质量分数为1%(omf),30℃处理30 min,160℃焙烘60 s,整理织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度可在原有基础上提高1级,且手感柔软滑爽。 Pretreatment, dyeing and finishing procedures are the factors that cause poor wet rubbing fastness of cellulase treated dark fabric, especially the strength damage during dyeing and the repelling of fixing agent and softener during finishing are the main factors. The wet rubbing fastness improver 806 and non-emulsified cationic softener 8992 are used, and the experimental results show that under conditions of 806 improver 8%(omf), 8992 softener 1%(omf), treating at 30℃ for 30 min and curing at 160℃ for 60 s, the treated cotton fabric has improved wet rubbing fastness by Grade 1 with soft and smooth handle.
