摘要
为改善印花用合成增稠剂的耐盐性能,以丙烯酸十八酯(SA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)等为原料,采用反相乳液聚合方法,制备了一种疏水缔合型两性增稠剂。印花试验表明:该增稠剂耐盐性能好,增稠剂质量分数为4%~5%时,印花效果较好。
To improve the salt-resistance of synthetic thickeners for printing, a hydrophobic associative amphoteric thickener is prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization with octadecyl acrylate (SA), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as raw materials. The printing experiment shows that the thickener possesses good salt-resistance and has good printing effect when the concentration of thickener is 4%-5%.
