摘要
以聚丙烯酸酯类(PA)胶、聚氨酯(PU)水性胶、PU油性胶作为黏合剂,对聚四氟乙烯薄膜(PTFE)与带有聚氨酯薄膜(PU)的涤纶织物进行复合。通过控制压烫温度和压烫时间制备聚四氟乙烯复合膜材料,并以复合膜材料的剥离强度、透湿量作为指标,确定复合的最优工艺。结果表明,聚四氟乙烯薄膜与聚氨酯薄膜复合的最佳工艺是以PU油性胶作为黏合剂,压烫时间为35~85 s,压烫温度为160~200℃。
Polytetrafluoroethylene film (PTFE) and polyester fabric having polyurethane film (PU) are com- pounded with PA adhesive, PU waterborne adhesive or PU oily adhesive. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite membranes are prepared by controlling pressing temperature and pressing time. The peeling strength and moisture permeability of PTFE composite membranes are taken as indexes to determine the optimum process. The results show that the optimal process of PTFE film compounding with poly- urethane film is using PU oily adhesive as adhesive, pressing at 160-200℃ for 35-85 s.
