摘要
聚合物基复合介电材料是介电材料的一种,是指以有机聚合物为基体,将具有高介电常数或易极化的微纳米尺寸的无机颗粒或其它有机物作为填充物复合而成,还兼备聚合物的粘结性、韧性、易加工性,在多领域具有广泛应用。其研究与应用的关键是材料合成路线的设计与性能的有机结合,聚合物基体与表面修饰无机颗粒界面的良好作用,使其具有优良的介电特性。本文介绍了几种类型的聚合物基复合介电材料的填料颗粒,概述了各种类型的聚合物基复合介电材料的研究状况并展望了未来的发展趋势。
Polymer-based composite dielectric materials are based on organic polymers, the inorganic particles or other organic matter with high dielectric constant or polarizable nanometer size was compounded as fillers. It also has the adhesion, toughness and workability of polymer, so it is widely used in many fields. The key to its research and application is the organic combination of material synthesis route design and properties. The good effect of polymer matrix and surface modification on the interface of inorganic particles makes it have good dielectric properties. This article introduces several types of polymer-based composite dielectric materials, reviews various types of polymer-based composite dielectric materials and prospects the future development trend.
