酿酒工程专业物理化学课程教学改革的探讨

摘要 物理化学是酿酒工程专业人才培养里重要的课程之一。为了让酿酒工程专业的学生能够更好的掌握与理解物理化学的核心知识点与概念,本文从优化课程教材与教学内容、改善教学方法以及加强互动交流、建立合理的考核方式等三个方面对教学改革进行探讨,旨在激发学生的学习主动性和积极性、提高学生运用物理化学知识去分析和解决实际问题的能力、提升教学质量。 Physical chemistry is one of the important coursesin the talent cultivation for the major of brewing engineering. In order to make the students majoring brewing engineering better grasp and understand the core knowledge and concepts of physical chemistry, teaching reform is explored by optimizing the teaching material and course content, improving the teaching method and strengthening the interactive communication, and establishing a reasonable assessment method, aiming to stimulate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, enhance students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems using physical chemistry, and improve the teaching quality.
