摘要 对"食品工程综合技能实训"课程开发的目的、原则、可行性和难度进行分析,通过课程体系的建设和两轮的实践探索,毕业生的就业率和就业质量均有提升,表明"食品工程综合技能实训"课程的开发具有较好的有效性和价值性,顺应广东珠江三角洲食品企业发展对应用型人才的需求。 Analyze the purpose, principle, feasibility and difficulty of the development of the "Food Engineering Comprehensive Skills Training" course. Through the construction of the curriculum system and the two rounds of practical exploration, the employment rate and employment quality of graduates have improved, indicating that development of the "Food Engineering Comprehensive Skills Training" course has good effectiveness and value, and is in line with the demand for applied talents in the development of food enterprises in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong.
