2016年里约奥运会跆拳道冠军赵帅夺金技战术特征分析

Analysis of the Main Winning Factors of Taekwondo Gold Medalist Zhao Shuai in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games

2016年里约奥运会跆拳道比赛中,我国男子58 kg级运动员赵帅夺得金牌。运用观察法、数理统计等方法,对赵帅在本届奥运会比赛中的站架、技术、战术、得分等方面进行了比较分析,探究、概括其夺金因素,结果显示:(1)赵帅的站架以右势为主,右势站位下的技术储备较为全面,技术使用种类较为丰富,且应变能力强;(2)技术使用以前腿为主,且使用效果显著,符合现今大道电子护具下比赛的战略安排和得分规律;(3)赵帅战术使用以进攻和迎击为主,反击使用较少,在进攻战术使用中,得分最多;(4)赵帅得分主要来源于击打头部得分,失分大多在前腿进攻时,且肋部失分最多,防守意识比较薄弱;(5)赵帅的专项体能非常突出。以期望为赵帅下一备战周期的训练工作提供理论参考。

ZHAO Shuai won the champion in Taekwondo 58 kg classification in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. This paper uses observational and statistics methods to analyze his postural positions,techniques,tactics,and pointing in the games. The results showed that：（1） ZHAO Shuai was the right stand position and this technical position facilities him more flexible technique reserves to promote his skill perfomance;（2） The front leg technique was dominant in the game,and the pointing effect was remarkable,which followed the trend of tactic strategies and pointing with eclectic protective clothing use;（3） ZHAO Shuai employed offensively attack tactics and defensive attack tactics were seldom used;（4） ZHAO Shuai scored mainly from a blow to the head followed by the score of hitting and counterpart fouled. The lost points mostly were the front attacks,the ribs was the weakest part,and defensive consciousness was weak in the games;（5） ZHAO Shuai＇ s special physical fitness was very prominent. Finally,some suggestions were provided for the next cycle training for him.
