人数权衡法在EQ-5D效用与社会价值转换研究中的应用

Conversion of Utility and Social Value of General EQ-5D Scale Based on Person Trade-off Method

目的:探讨人数权衡法在EQ-5D效用与社会价值转换研究中的应用价值,从社会群体角度对卫生干预方案实施更全面地分析,以期提高卫生决策的公平性。方法:引入人数权衡法对两种治疗慢性稳定性冠心病心绞痛药物进行成本-社会价值分析。结果:社会价值分析结果显示,两种药物的社会价值改进无统计学差异,故采用最小成本法比较两项治疗措施在成本上的差异。结论:人数权衡法可较好地实现通用EQ-5D?量表健康效用值与社会价值的转换,并可结合成本数据对不同干预措施开展成本-社会价值经济学评价,具有良好的研究意义与应用价值。

Objective： It discussed the application value of person trade-off（PTO） method in the study of conversion between EQ-SD utiity and social values. It analyzed the health intervention program more comprehensively from the perspective of social group so as to improve the equity of health decision. Methods： PTO was introduced to analyze the cost-social value of two kinds of drugs for chronic stable angina pectoris and compared the two treatment regimens comprehensively. Results： Social value analysis showed that two kinds of social value for treating chronic stable angina pectofis had no statistical significance. Therefore, the minimum cost method was adopted to compare two treaments on cost difference. Conclusion： PTO could well realize conversion between general EQ-5D scale health utility value and social value, and could be combined with cost data for different intervention measures to carry out the cost-social value economics evaluation. It had good research significance and application value.
