西藏医疗机构检验科人力资源现状分析

Analysis on the Current Human Resources of Medical Laboratory of Medical Institutions in Tibet

目的:了解西藏医疗机构检验科人力资源现状,为完善西藏医学检验人才培养计划和优化检验科人力资源提供科学依据。方法:通过问卷调查和专家访谈,对西藏20家医院进行调查。结果:西藏各级医疗机构检验人员专业背景符合程度较高(91.72%为医学检验);年龄结构合理,青年(21～40岁)占80.92%;学历和职称结构相对合理,但是整体水平偏低,其中大专及中专比例分别为50.76%、21.97%,无研究生学历;初级职称人员高达70.99%,而高级职称仅占1.23%。结论:西藏各级医疗机构检验人员学历和职称水平有待提升,应通过人员培训和人才引进等加强人力资源建设。

Objective： To understand the current situation of human resources of medical institutions in Tibet, and provide scientific basis for improving the training plan for medical laboratory technicians and optimizing the human resources of clinical laboratories. Methods： A total of 20 hospitals in Tibet were investigated through questionnaires and interviews with experts. Results： There was a high coincidence degree of professional background in medical institutions at different levels in Tibet（91.72% was medical laboratory technology）; the age structure was reasonable, and 80.92% was young people（21 ~40 years old）; the structures of educational level and professional title were relatively reasonable, while the overall level was low. The proportion of junior college and technical secondary school were 50.76% and 21.97%, respectively, without postgraduate students. The junior title personnel were up to 70.99%, while senior title personnel were only 1.23%. Conclusion： The levels of educational background and professional title of medical laboratory technicians in hospitals at all levels in Tibet needed to be improved, and human resource construction should be strengthened trough personnel training and talent introduction.
