从风险管控视角谈医院SPD项目在资产全生命周期中的管理

The Management of SPD Project in the Whole Life Cycle of Assets from the Perspective of Risk Control

近年来,许多医院为了提升物资管理的专业化及物资管理效率,探索与专业化公司开展SPD项目合作(以下简称SPD项目),以减轻医疗物资库存给医院带来的资金占用浪费,缩短资产周转时间。因此以风险为切入点,就医院SPD项目在资产全生命周期中可能出现的风险进行分析,并探讨构建相应的风险监控指标框架。目的在于:(1)帮助识别项目存在的特殊风险;(2)有利于医院防范相关风险;(3)减少医院因此受到经济损失的可能性。

In recent years, in order to improve the professionalization of material management and the efficiency of material management, many hospitals have explored the SPD project cooperation with specialized companies（SPD project） so as to reduce the waste of funds occupied by the medical materials inventory to the hospital and shorten the time of asset turnover. Therefore, taking the risk as the breakthrough point, the risk of the hospital SPD project in the whole life cycle of the assets was analyzed, and the corresponding framework of the risk monitoring index was also discussed. The purpose included： （1） help identify the special risks existing in the project; （2） it was beneficial for the hospital to prevent related risks; （3） reduce the possibility of the hospital＇s economic loss.
