Cost Investigation of Agricultural Products A Witness of Accomplishment on the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up

农产品成本调查取得的成本收益数据，是反映农产品投入产出效益的重要经济指标，是分析农产品生产效率变动规律趋势、政府决策涉农政策的基础依据。本文通过对改革开放前后主要农产品成本调查数据的历史比较，展现了改革开放以来我国农业生产取得的巨大成就与影响，通过国际对比，分析了存在的突出问题，提出了进一步完善农产品成本调查制度的政策建议。

The cost-benefit data obtained from the cost survey of agricultural products are important economic indicators reflecting the input-output benefits of agricultural products, and are the basis for the analysis of the changing trend of agricultural production efficiency and the government＇s decision-making On agricultural policies. By historical comparison between the cost data of the major produces before and after Reform and Opening-up, this paper shows the great success and influence on China agricultural production from the Reform and Opening-up. By comparison from home and abroad, this paper analyses the outstanding issues in the field of agriculture and proposes suggestions on further improving the cost survey system of agricultural products.
