摘要
本文引用挣值法(EVM)对配电网工程进行成本监审及管控。根据配电网工程建设特点,考虑变更工程的影响,在辨析基本参数、执行指标相关概念的基础上,按照新增工作和原计划工作,新增描述计划工作量的工时(或费用)基本参数,提出投资偏差指标及成本控制指标,进一步改进了总投资预测指标。通过对挣值法进行补充,可增强挣值法对项目成本监审和管控的执行分析能力。最后,通过算例说明了改进后的挣值法在配电网工程中的实际运用能力,证明了这一方法的有效性。
This paper refers to the earned value method (EVM) for cost supervision and control of distribution network projects. According to the characteristics of the construction of the distribution network project, considering the impact of the change project, on the basis of discriminating the basic parameters and the relevant concepts of the implementation indicators, according to the newly added work and the original plan work, the new parameters of the working hours (or expenses) describing the planned workload are added. The investment deviation index and cost control indicators were proposed to further improve the total investment forecasting indicators. By supplementing the earned value method, the ability of the earned value method to analyze and manage project cost monitoring and control can be enhanced. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the practical application of the improved earned value method in distribution network engineering, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
