西北地区农业生产效率评价研究——以陕西省为例

Research on Evaluation of Agricultural Production Efficiency in Northwest China——Taking Shaanxi Province as an example

农业作为国民经济发展基础，研究农业生产效率，有助于促进农业生产发展。本文选取陕西省2010-2016年农业数据，运用DEA模型和Malquist指数模型对陕西农业生产效率分别进行静态与动态测算，并分析其冗余量。研究表明：陕西省农业生产效率较低，但发展较为均衡，技术进步是推动陕西农业生产效率的主要原因。现阶段提高西北地区农业生产效率，不能仅仅依靠资金投入，提升技术等现代化要素的投入更加关键，同时发展特色农业，加强农业企业建设可以进一步提高西北地区农业生产效率，促进农业经济发展。

As a foundation for the development of the national economy, agriculture studies the efficiency aof gricultural production and helps promote the development of agricultural production. This paper selects the agricultural data of Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2016, and uses the DEA model and the Malquist index model to measure the agricultural production efficiency in Shaanxi statically and dynamically, and analyze the redundancy. The research shows that the agricultural production efficiency of Shaanxi Province is low, but the development is relatively balanced, and technological progress is the main reason for promoting the efficiency of agricultural production in Shaanxi. At this stage, improving the efficiency of agricultural production in the northwestern region cannot rely solely on capital investment. It is more important to increase the input of modern factors such as technology. At the same time, the development of characteristic agriculture and the strengthening of agricultural enterprise construction can further improve the agricultural production efficiency in the northwest region and promote agricultural economic development.
